Shipping policy

Handling time: Rocknsportstore ships most sports & music items from our FL distribution center within 24 business hours. Some of our NCAA, boho and biker items may be shipped directly from our warehouse, in which case they are shipped in 2-4 days.

Standard shipping: Items under 1 lb are shipped via USPS first class mail and items over a lb are shipped with either USPS priority mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. You may request a specific shipping service, but we do not guarantee that we will use it unless you purchase that service at check out. Rocknsportstore offers free standard shipping for any order totaling $50 or more.

Tracking notices: everyone that provides a valid email address at checkout will receive a notice when their items are shipped with a tracking number that can be used to follow the items progress. We do not take responsibility for slow or delayed shipping once the package leaves our facility.
