Which items can be returned?
We accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items may be returned for refund or exchange subject to the following conditions.
Due to health and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods, such as food
- Dated items, such as magazines
- Swimsuits & sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
All returned items must be in original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
Right of Denial
We reserve the right to grant partial refunds, or deny refunds if we find that the item returned is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened or clothing with tags removed. We also reserve the right to refuse to refund any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If your item arrived damaged, we send you a refund or replace it at no cost to you. When a package arrives damaged, please do not return it until you have contacted us.
Instead, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage and, if possible, a photo of the damaged item. We will respond to you within 24 hours and provide you with instructions.
How do I Return an Item?
Once you have determined that your item meets our return requirements, follow these instructions to return or exchange an item:
- Pack only the item you want to exchange or return.
- Include the original packing slip, or a note with your name and address so we know who to refund or exchange.
- If this is an exchange, please write a note on the packing slip telling us what size you would like us to send you.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was received damaged (see above). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
How do I get a Refund?
Once your return is received it will be inspected.
If we find that it meets our requirements, we will apply the refund to your credit card or original method of payment, or we will send you a new item within 2 business days* of receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once the refund is processed, we will send you an email confirming that the money was refunded, or that the exchange package was shipped.
*Business days are weekdays—Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and major US holidays aren't business days
If we find that it is not eligible for a full refund or exchange, we will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to respond.
If you haven’t your refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com
NOTE: Refunds can only be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account. If you received the item as a gift, we will provide you with a merchandise exchange (for equal value) or a gift certificate for the purchase amount.
How Do I Exchange an Item?
We accept exchanges for merchandise of equal value. Exchanged items must meet our return requirements listed above.
To ensure that the exchanged product is available, it is a good idea to re-check our web site, or email us prior to returning your item.
To exchange an item, follow the instructions in the section "To Return Your Item". Don't forget to enclose a note to let us know what you want us to send you in exchange.
